About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is the frontline voice protecting our clients' Amazon storefronts. You handle the day-to-day customer messages, returns, and feedback that — left unmanaged — quietly drain conversion rate, account health, and seller reputation. Your work directly shields BSG clients from negative reviews, A-to-z claims, and account issues that can sink a small Amazon business overnight.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Compensation: 675 to 1,500 USD per month
Location: Remote (Global)
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
- Multichannel Communication: Provide professional and empathetic support across phone, email, and live chat.
- Product Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of the company's offerings to answer questions and provide guidance.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints patiently and de-escalate frustrated customers to ensure a positive outcome.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, tickets, and transaction details in the database.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in ecommerce, Amazon, or a similar high-volume online retail environment.
- Excellent written English with a calm, professional tone; you can de-escalate an angry buyer in writing without sounding robotic or defensive.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tickets and channels at once.
Technical Requirements:
- Display setup (required): dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
