About the Role
The Sales Closer is the final mile between an interested Amazon seller and a signed BSG client. You take qualified prospects through high-conviction sales calls, diagnose what's actually broken in their business, and close the ones we can genuinely help. Your number is signed deals — and the trust you build on the first call sets the tone for the entire client relationship that follows.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Compensation: 1,500 to 2,500 USD per month
Location: Remote (Global)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Strategic Calls: Lead discovery and closing calls with Amazon sellers using a structured conversation that uncovers their numbers, their goals, and the gap between the two. Every call is run with intent — control the frame, set the agenda, and move the prospect toward a clear decision by the end.
- Address Prospect Pain: Dig past surface-level complaints to find the real bottleneck holding the seller back — PPC waste, listing conversion, inventory, or strategy. Articulate that pain back clearly and tie it to the cost of inaction so the decision to move forward feels obvious.
- Close New Clients: Own the close. Handle objections in real time, present pricing with confidence, and get the contract signed and the deposit collected on the call whenever possible. Create urgency and finish what you start.
- Follow Up On Leads: Work every lead in the pipeline until they buy, decline, or go cold. Build follow-up sequences across email, SMS, and call that keep BSG top-of-mind, and log every touch so nothing slips.
- Get Referrals: Proactively ask happy new clients and warm prospects for introductions to other Amazon sellers in their network. Treat asking for referrals as part of the job, not an afterthought.
Requirements:
- C1 (or above) CEFR English level.
- 2+ years of closing experience in a high-ticket B2B or agency sales environment, with a demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Confident handling objections around price, timing, trust, and competition without getting defensive or discounting reflexively.
- Excellent spoken and written English; you sound calm, credible, and prepared on a call with a six- or seven-figure seller.
Technical Requirements:
- Display setup (required): dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
