About the Role
The Cold Caller is the top of BSG's sales engine. You spend your day on the phone with Amazon sellers we've never spoken to before, opening conversations, qualifying the ones who fit, and booking them onto the calendar for our closers. The volume and quality of the meetings you set directly determine how many small Amazon businesses we get to help — your dials drive the entire pipeline.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Compensation: 600 to 850 USD per month + 20 USD bonus for every booked appointment
Location: Remote (Global)

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Outreach: Execute a disciplined daily workflow designed to consistently fill the top of the sales funnel. Aggressively dial new leads from prioritized lists and execute systematic follow-up campaigns for unresponsive contacts. Personalize scripts to increase engagement while strictly adhering to calling policies and logging every touchpoint in real time.
- Book Appointments: Convert initial conversations into confirmed meetings for the sales team. Use provided talk tracks to identify and qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), then secure the calendar appointment and manage confirmation for a seamless handoff to the closer.
- Hit Activity Goals: Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for dials, talk time, booked appointments, and attendance rates. Track your own performance data to improve conversion rates from initial connection to final appointment.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with closers to ensure they have the context needed to win business. Report to the Sales Manager for regular coaching, provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness, and communicate clearly with detailed notes and next steps for every opportunity.
- Use CRM: Maintain impeccable data hygiene so the entire team has visibility into pipeline health. Accurately log every call outcome, detailed lead note, and follow-up task in the CRM without delay, and strictly follow defined pipeline stages and workflows.
- Brand Reputation Outreach: Proactively contact customers who have left negative Amazon reviews. Using a proven and compliant process, attempt to resolve grievances and, where appropriate, encourage updated feedback. Document interactions and collaborate with the Brand team to identify root causes.

Requirements:
- C1 (or above) CEFR English level.
- 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience, ideally B2B, with documented dial and meeting-set numbers.
- Strong spoken English — clear, confident, neutral-to-American accent that builds trust on the first call.

Technical Requirements:
- Display setup (required): dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
