Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Admin Assistant Location: Remote | South America Schedule: Flexible Salary: $8 - $10 per hour ($1,280 - $1,600) Negotiable based on experience Lago is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative / Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries, manage communications, and support various administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information. Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Assist in maintaining customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation. Support the management team in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback. Nice to have Experience supporting remote teams or in an international company. Familiarity with CRM or project management tools. Basic knowledge of workflow automation or process documentation. 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or similar tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
