Beyond Seller Growth is seeking a Brand Manager to strategically own a portfolio of Amazon brands, driving growth, market share analysis, and client relationship management for small Amazon businesses.

About the Role
The Brand Manager is the strategic owner of a portfolio of Amazon brands at BSG. You sit at the intersection of the client and our internal specialists — translating the client's vision into a clear operating plan, then driving PPC, creative, and supply chain teammates to execute against it. Your job is to make the brand's flywheel spin faster every month, and to make the client feel like they finally have someone competent in their corner.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Compensation: 1,500 to 2,500 USD per month
Location: Remote (Global)

Key Responsibilities:
- Flywheel Accountability: Drive Amazon growth by optimizing the critical balance between traffic, conversion, catalog health, and inventory. You are responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks to ensure the brand's ecosystem maintains self-sustaining sales momentum. Your success is defined by increasing flywheel velocity and maximizing return on total advertising spend.
- Market Share Analysis: Deep dive into the competitive landscape to track category trends and competitor pricing shifts. You will analyze market data to ensure the brand captures its fair share of the digital shelf at all times, improving Best Sellers Rank and maintaining category dominance.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the strategic bridge between the brand's vision and the agency's execution through clear communication and regular performance reviews. Translate high-level goals into actionable monthly roadmaps and build deep trust through radical transparency and consistent results.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as the central coordination point for PPC, creative, and supply chain specialists. Project-manage deliverables, break down silos, and foster clear communication so brand strategies are delivered on time and with maximum efficiency.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Own the full client lifecycle, from running a structured onboarding that gets new brands audited, mapped, and into production within their first 30 days, to executing clean offboardings that protect BSG's reputation when accounts end.

Requirements:
- C1 (or above) CEFR English level.
- Excellent written and verbal English; able to lead a client call with confidence and write a report a client will actually read.
- Calm, low-drama communicator who can deliver hard news without burning the relationship.
- Bias toward speed and ownership — you fix things, you don't escalate them.

Technical Requirements:
- Display setup (required): dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
