Your Role As a Gensler Human Resources Business Partner, you will have a broad responsibility of working directly with team members and leadership in supporting the Gensler Argentina office . This is an opportunity to be part of building a strategic HR service model in a creative and cutting-edge environment . As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you work closely with leadership to deliver HR solutions and strategies that support business objectives . You will make an impact by leading the implementation of HR programs and advising leaders on talent matters . You will be the day-to-day contact for our business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR guidance and solutions that align with company goals ; it includes employee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures. You are a unique blend of strategic thinker , team player , and have an entrepreneurial spirit . What You Will Do Lead and manage all Human Resources matters in partnership with leadership and other HR Business partners in the region With an entrepreneurial mindset, become a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders and manage several initiatives and proc esses in a fast-paced environment Act as a cultural ambassador of our firm’s unique culture, and roll out initiatives to promote a sense of belonging and inclusion Advise and coach leadership on talent matters related to performance management and employee relations Advocate for team members, be a trusted and confidential advisor and suggest best practices to enhance employee experience Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts Facilitate effective staffing among staff by leading meetings, creating reports, and proactively circulating available staff Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, and create reports for leadership, showcasing key metrics like turnover, retention, and engagement Work to create an inclusive and positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. Develop programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being, aligning these programs with the company’s cultural goals. Facilitate regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. Lead and support employees through change, minimizing resistance and ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide guidance and leadership to managers on maintaining culture and managing change effectively within their teams. Support the full life cycle of the employee , from onboarding , leave , exit, and retirement Advise leadership regarding compensation and reward programs Educate employees about benefit programs and liaise with firm-wide benefit team Assist in developing performance management tools, formalizing succession planning, and proactively developing staff and leadership Create and/or roll out talent development and training programs and processes Partner with HR team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or related area required 8 + years of Human Resources experience , with at least 4 + years in an HRBP or strategic HR role Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and project management skills. Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations Experience working in a Professional Services environment Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Advanced MS Office proficiency preferred, particularly Excel Experience with Workday preferred Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to work independently, navigate , and maintain productivity in a matrix environment Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships Life at Gensler At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.   • Desarrollar programas que mejoren la satisfacción, retención y bienestar de los empleados.
  • Apoyar el ciclo de vida completo del empleado, desde la incorporación hasta la jubilación.
  • Asesorar al liderazgo sobre programas de compensación y recompensa.
  • Educar a los empleados sobre los programas de beneficios.
  • Crear y/o implementar programas y procesos de desarrollo y capacitación de talento.
