Let's dive into what that means:</strong></p> <p class="p1"><span data-sheets-root="1">As a Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice<br></span></p> <p class="p1"><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.<br></span></li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>We’re looking for someone who:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Google Ads. Experience in Amazon Ads / Bing Ads / Apple Ads is desired but not a must.. <br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you.
