JOB TITLE Account Executive (Consultative Sales) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a specialized dental marketing agency. This is a consultative sales role designed to take the majority of sales calls off the founder's plate. You'll work with warm leads, run discovery calls and demos, and close new business — all with a strong emphasis on honest expectation-setting and integrity in selling. This is not a script-reading role; we want someone who genuinely understands a prospect's needs and communicates what our services can and cannot deliver. Key Responsibilities - Conduct discovery calls with warm leads generated by marketing and BDR efforts - Deeply understand each prospect's practice, challenges, and goals before presenting solutions - Deliver tailored slide deck presentations and proposals that map our services to prospect needs - Handle objections with transparency and consultative care - Close new business and hand off smoothly to the delivery and onboarding team - Maintain accurate pipeline notes and deal stages in our CRM - Run structured follow-up sequences via email, messaging, and calls - Supplement inbound leads with targeted outreach and light prospecting, especially early on - Collaborate closely with the founder and internal team on capacity and priorities Required Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in agency services or SaaS with multi-week/multi-month sales cycles - Proven track record running full sales cycles from discovery to close, or strong mid-to-upper funnel AE experience - Excellent spoken and written English; must be easy for US-based clients to understand - Confident and polished on Zoom and screen-shared presentations - Strong integrity in selling — comfortable setting realistic expectations in a marketing context - Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits - Prior experience working remotely; candidates without demonstrated remote work experience will not be considered - Comfortable reporting to and collaborating closely with the CEO Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling marketing or advertising services - Background in dental, healthcare, or professional services industries - Experience working with US-based clients - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting Tools & Technology - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) - Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams - Slack and Google Workspace - Proposal and e-signature tools (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) - Scheduling and sales enablement tools (Calendly, Outreach, or similar) Interview Process – Important This is a highly client-facing role, and the interview process includes a mandatory video submission. Candidates must: - Treat the video as a formal business interview - Dress in professional business attire (equivalent to a suit-and-tie interview standard) - Present themselves exactly as they would for a high-level client or executive meeting This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy presenting themselves in a refined, professional manner, are confident on camera, and are excited to serve as the visible face of a brand in client interactions.
