JOB TITLE: Short-Form Video Growth Specialist Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Short-Form Video Growth Specialist to drive audience growth and engagement through high-impact video content across social platforms. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of short-form video assets to support brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior - Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution - Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data - Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs - Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth - Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies - Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered - Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data - Strong time management and attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience supporting growth, demand generation, or paid social campaigns - Familiarity with A/B testing creative concepts, hooks, and formats - Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven content environments TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY - Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro - Analytics: Native platform insights, Google Analytics - Growth & Distribution: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools - Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar PLEASE NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
