They are looking for an experienced SDR (Cold caller / Appointment setter) with a solid background in business-to-business (B2B) appointment setting to join their team and help expand their reach. Key Responsibilities: - Use their CRM and auto-dialer to call businesses in South Florida to introduce the company's products and services and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Qualify leads based on defined criteria to identify potential opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide relevant information. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using their CRM system. - Knowledgeable about the technology landscape to effectively communicate their value proposition. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets. Must-haves: - +5 years of experience in telemarketing with a focus on B2B appointment setting. - Proven track record of generating leads and setting high-quality appointments. - Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and telemarketing tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
