We're looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support a fast-moving staffing and recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of client positions. You will proactively build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, and serve as the first point of contact for candidates entering the hiring process.
This is a high-output sourcing role. You will conduct outreach across multiple channels, screen resumes, perform preliminary interviews, and keep pipeline records accurate and current. What You'll Work On
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across client accounts
- Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies
Candidate Outreach and Screening
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through phone calls, emails, text messaging, and social networking platforms
- Screen resumes and candidate profiles against client position requirements
- Perform preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and interest level
Coordination and Communication
- Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout every interaction
Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Track sourcing metrics including candidate response rates, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field
- Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach across phone, email, text, and social platforms
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
- Self-directed and persistent with strong follow-through on candidate outreach and pipeline maintenance
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing for industrial, manufacturing, energy, or healthcare roles
- Background in a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
