They're working with a new project: an award-winning global firm. This organization provides strategic and technological support to the world's leading brands. The Digital & Media division is seeking a Media Specialist (Sr / Ssr) to join the team, offering a high-impact role within an accelerating international environment. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll manage and optimize international campaigns across Search, Social, and Display channels for clients in diverse industries. You'll work closely with Account Managers and the Account Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results. This role is designed to give you the skills and exposure to progress into an Account Manager role. Requirements: - 2+ years' hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (travel, retail, or financial services a plus). - Experience managing medium-to-large budgets and accounts. - Proficiency with: - Google Ads (certification a plus) - Facebook Ads (Blueprint a plus) - Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables) - Strong PowerPoint/Word skills. - Bonus: Basic HTML or SQL. Responsibilities: - Campaign strategy and execution. - Collaborate with account managers and directors to design campaign structures on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display platforms. - Copywriting and testing ad copy, refining keyword strategies, and optimizing placements to maximize return on investment. - Performance monitoring and reporting: tracking and analyzing KPIs to uncover actionable insights and guide optimizations. Delivering timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports. - Communication with clients and stakeholders: sharing clear updates on campaign results and project progress. Acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. - Financial and process management: meeting client and internal deadlines while ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. Troubleshooting and resolving issues during campaign execution. - Industry knowledge and growth: staying up to date on the latest trends in media, platforms, and the industry, and sharing them with clients and the team. Contributing to new business efforts by preparing presentations and supporting proposals. Location: Hybrid (remote with once a week in our Colegiales, Buenos Aires office). Time shift: Full-time.
