Position: Junior Talent Sourcer Salary: USD $500 - $700 / month Working hours: EST day shift (8h / day) Candidates location: Anywhere - Please, upload your resume in English About the company This company is a fast-growing executive search firm that partners with venture-backed startups across the U.S. Their team helps high-growth companies find and hire top-tier talent for key leadership roles. They’re now looking for a proactive and fast-learner Junior Talent Sourcer. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms - Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously - Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles - Send outreach messages - Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration - Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements - Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM - Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements Must-haves - Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase - Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses - Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level - Strong written communication skills (English) - Ability to identify and engage passive talent - Basic understanding of the hiring process - Organized and detail-oriented - Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone Nice-to-haves - Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment - Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) - Understanding of Boolean search techniques
