Engineer (All Domains) As an Engineer (All Domains), you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret workplace communications such as Slack conversations, emails, and internal files
  • Identify decisions, blockers, dependencies, unresolved issues, and action items across distributed communications
  • Synthesize fragmented information into structured AI evaluation tasks and workflows
  • Develop multi-step workflows based on real-world operational and engineering scenarios
  • Create detailed prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in authentic workplace data
  • Resolve ambiguities and distinguish relevant information from noise accurately
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive workplace materials

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience interpreting unstructured workplace communications and documentation
  • Ability to synthesize information across conversations, files, and evolving workflows
  • Experience transforming fragmented inputs into structured operational tasks
  • Strong judgment identifying blockers, dependencies, and contextual relevance
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environments
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
