Sales Specialist As a Sales Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workplace communications such as Slack threads, emails, and internal files related to sales workflows
- Identify decisions, action items, blockers, dependencies, and unresolved issues across business conversations
- Transform fragmented information into structured AI evaluation tasks and sales-related workflows
- Synthesize information from multiple conversations and documents into realistic multi-step business scenarios
- Distinguish relevant context from noise to create accurate prompts and evaluation rubrics
- Resolve ambiguities and trace dependencies across evolving startup sales environments
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive workplace and operational data
Requirements
- Experience in sales, operations, or related roles within startups or fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to synthesize messy, unstructured information from multiple sources
- Experience identifying key decisions, blockers, and dependencies across workflows
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving or refining operational or sales processes
- Professionalism and discretion handling confidential information
Nice to have
- Background in startup sales operations or business development
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and AI-related processes
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional remote teams
