Sales Executive - Electron Microscopy Market - ONLY BILINGUAL PEOPLE SHOULD APPLY
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our sales team. The primary role will focus on business development, specifically acquiring and retaining high-value clients within the electron microscopy sector. We are looking for an individual who combines a strong technical background with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in technical or scientific fields such as Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Technical Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales roles, preferably within highly technical, scientific, or laboratory equipment markets.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, proactively, and under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the nanotechnology and microscopy markets.
- Account Management: Manage, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients.
- Languages & Mobility: Fluency in English an Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Full availability and willingness to travel frequently.
- Technical Consulting: Present and promote advanced technological solutions, collaborating closely with internal technical teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and regional revenue goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to identify new growth areas.
Responsabilidades
- Identificar, calificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los mercados de nanotecnología y microscopía.
- Gestionar, nutrir y fortalecer relaciones a largo plazo con clientes corporativos e institucionales existentes.
- Presentar y promover soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas, colaborando estrechamente con equipos técnicos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Cumplir y superar consistentemente los objetivos de ventas establecidos y las metas de ingresos regionales.
- Monitorear y analizar las tendencias del mercado, la actividad de la competencia y las necesidades emergentes de los clientes para identificar nuevas áreas de crecimiento.
