Empresa multinacional de energías renovables busca un/a Administrador/a de RRHH Semi Senior con experiencia en reclutamiento, onboarding, legajos, relaciones laborales y administración de beneficios. Se requiere título universitario en RRHH o estudiante avanzado, 2-3 años de experiencia, inglés intermedio/avanzado y manejo de sistemas HR (SuccessFactors o SAP es un plus).

Descripción del puesto

A major multinational company dedicated to the production of renewable energies is looking for a HR ADMINITRATOR SSR to deal issues related to recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements, benefits administration, and other areas as needed. Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns. Participating in the appointment process for potential employees. Updating information in SuccessFactors and keeping the information updated in all HR systems Generating reports on recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover. Engages employees and resolves issues expediently, with professionalism and tact. Escalates concerns as appropriate. Guides employees on company HR policies and procedures Qualifications: University HR student or recently graduated (Equivalents may apply) At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in human resources. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people Strong organizational and administrative skills. Working knowledge of HR systems and software, SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus. Experience in recruiting via LinkedIn. Intermediate or Advanced English. Proactive, hardworking, responsible, committed.
