Cona Consultores is looking for a Technical Engineer with English for an important Telecommunications Company located in Retiro. Main tasks: - Identify critical customer concerns and issues based on customer interaction; - On-call service. - Follow up and resolution of incidents. - Work well in all departments including Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering and Sales. - Tracking customer network risks to closure.Requirements: - Degree in Electronics Engineer, Systems Engineer or related field, or advanced student. - Conversational English - 2-4 years of relevant experience in Network operations support. - Knowledge of administrative tools (Microsoft Office). - Experience in handling Corporate WAN networks, Routing & Switching (CCNA/HCIA certification is preferred) - Flexibility around working hours in support of business requirements (operations during night 00:00 am to 06:00am) - Understanding of network infrastructure routing and switching concepts and technologies, advanced IP addressing, dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Segment-Routing). Responsabilidades
- Identificar preocupaciones y problemas críticos del cliente basados en la interacción con el mismo
- Servicio de guardia (on-call)
- Seguimiento y resolución de incidentes
- Colaborar con los departamentos de Soporte al Cliente, Gestión de Producto, Ingeniería y Ventas
- Seguimiento de riesgos de red del cliente hasta su cierre
