JOB TITLE Performance Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition and pipeline growth through paid, measurable, and ROI-focused marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with deep experience in paid channels and a strong understanding of how to position AI-powered SaaS products for conversion-driven growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display - Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets - Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messaging - Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels - Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metrics - Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use cases REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment - Strong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behavior - Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce) - Strong analytical and optimization skills - Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing large paid media budgets - Familiarity with ABM or account-based paid strategies - Experience in high-growth or AI-first SaaS companies - Exposure to advanced attribution or multi-touch reporting TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY - Paid Media: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms - Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Marketo (or similar) - CRM: Salesforce - Analytics: Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau - Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana Please note: It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
