You’re potentially changing the lives of smokers by helping them switch to a better alternative to smoking.</p><p> </p><p>The <strong>SFP Field Executive</strong> is responsible for driving business growth within a designated territory by developing and managing a strong B2B network and executing impactful B2C engagement strategies.</p><p> </p><p><span title="Must Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">B2B Management</span></p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Lead scoping and <span title="Must Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">negotiation</span> processes aligned with the B2B strategy.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Ensure optimal availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of SFP products and POS materials.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Implement <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">inventory management</span> systems and maintain strong partner relationships.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize ROI, visibility, and market share.</li></ul><p> </p><p>B2C Engagement</p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Design and implement <span title="Must Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">consumer engagement</span> activities based on <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">market intelligence</span> and consumer insights.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Drive category awareness and quality acquisition of SFP users in the assigned territory.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Touchpoint Management</p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Oversee daily operations of SFP touchpoints, ensuring compliance with company standards.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Manage inventory, staffing, store appearance, and <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">KPI performance</span>.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Recommend and support frontliner capability development and performance evaluations.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Territory Management</p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Activate strategic touchpoints and engage B2B partners to build a community of SFP users.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Address territory-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities using data insights.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to increase brand visibility and drive sustainable growth.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Performance Delivery</p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Support the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives through OGSM metrics.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Monitor and manage budget performance to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Corporate Compliance</p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and local laws.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Promote safety and environmental standards and maintain company assets in good condition.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Bachelor’s degree</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in sales, trade marketing, or <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">retail operations</span>.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Competencies:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: be amenable to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office</strong></p><p><strong>Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:00
