Descripción del puesto
Main responsibilities - You will identify improvement opportunities in the primary functions of receiving, storage, picking, issuing and shipping. - You will manage documentation procedures for logistics operations based on ERP information systems. - You will coordinate with the Customs Brokers, Customer Service, Planning and Production teams for the timely delivery of products to end customers. - You will identify and initiate action to resolve issues and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process and quality systems. - You will learn about Secure Logistics procedures for Valuable and Vulnerable cargo - You will initiate, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels. - You will ensure that operational practices are in compliance with the company requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Microsoft Office and a special orientation to watch for details and review documents. - Knowledge with Oracle and ERP, Power BI and IA applications would be a plus but not mandatory - Must be fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus. - We would like someone to join our team who is a team player with a dynamic personality, a strong interpersonal communicator, independent and able to work under pressure. - You must have a degree in a logistics related field or in course to have it. - We are looking for someone with some experience in contact to a customs broker, a fast-paced manufacturing or logistic warehouse environment.
