Sales Development Representative (Outbound | SaaS / Cybersecurity / AI) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing SaaS-focused sales team in the cybersecurity and AI space. This role is ideal for someone with up to 5 years of sales experience who is comfortable with high-volume outbound cold calling, pipeline generation, and setting meetings for Account Executives. Exposure to B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data platforms, or AI-driven solutions is strongly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to targeted prospect lists - Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach - Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria including company size, use case, budget, and decision-making authority - Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives - Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene within the CRM - Conduct timely follow-up with outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn - Clearly articulate the company's SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI value proposition - Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outbound conversion rates and lead quality REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1–5 years of experience in a sales development, BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role within B2B environments, with a strong focus on outbound cold calling - Prior remote work experience is mandatory, with demonstrated fluency using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without proven remote work experience will not be considered. Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers is required - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging cold prospects by phone and video - Experience using a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar - Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise technology environments - Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT, CHAMP) - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound call and meeting-set targets - Experience with cold calling scripts, objection handling, and outbound sales cadences Tools & Technology - CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar - Sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar) - VoIP/dialer tools and video conferencing platforms - LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 - Slack and project/task management tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
