At CONA, we are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist (B2B) to act as the key link between corporate clients, the commercial team, the plant, and logistics, ensuring that every order—local and export—reaches its destination with excellence. Main Responsibilities: Serve as the central coordination point in the order–delivery–billing cycle. Handle inquiries and maintain fluent communication with domestic and international clients (in English). Enter and track orders in management systems, anticipating deviations and proposing solutions. Coordinate with internal areas and foreign trade to ensure traceability and compliance. Manage claims clearly and effectively, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Participate in billing processes and control of commercial documentation. Monitor simple performance indicators to provide visibility to management. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, preferably in an industrial environment. University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. Fluent oral and written English (mandatory). Experience in order management, billing, and corporate client service. Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Knowledge of ERP systems and basic understanding of foreign trade (Incoterms, freight, documentation) is a plus. Problem-solving, proactive, and practical profile with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Availability to work in a hybrid scheme What We Offer: Direct employment with the company. Hybrid work scheme: 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8/8:30 a.m. to 5/5:30 p.m. Location: Gran Buenos Aires South.
