Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Remote (Open to LATAM & Global Candidates) Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (CST) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads across various sales campaigns. Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging. Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads for assigned campaigns. Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations with prospects. Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows. Consistently meet daily outreach activity goals. Lead Qualification Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria. Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and interest. Gather relevant information and identify next steps. Advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure prospects receive a positive and professional experience. Inbound Lead Follow-Up Follow up with inbound leads generated through job postings and outreach efforts. Engage interested prospects promptly and professionally. Conduct qualification conversations and determine next steps. Maintain communication with leads until a clear outcome is reached. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions. Log call notes, outreach activities, and lead status updates. Track conversations and follow-up activities effectively. Ensure CRM and tracking systems remain organized and accurate. Support reporting efforts through detailed activity tracking. Team Collaboration Coordinate handoffs of qualified prospects to recruiting teams or sales leadership. Communicate prospect insights and relevant information to stakeholders. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign results. Performance & Target Achievement Meet daily and weekly outreach volume goals. Achieve qualification and conversion targets. Follow established sales processes and scripts. An SDR's day is focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team. You will: Review your lead queue and daily outreach goals. Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and leads. Send follow-up emails and text messages. Conduct qualification conversations. Log notes and update CRM records in real time. Follow established outreach cadences. Coordinate handoffs for qualified prospects. Monitor progress toward daily and weekly performance goals. Participate in team coaching and training sessions. In essence: you are responsible for creating opportunities, building the top of the sales pipeline, and helping drive business growth through consistent outreach and lead qualification.
