Purpose: The MSL Mission is to, through customized interactions, discuss our treatments with physicians and other customers to shape behaviors and support informed decision making whilst identifying and bringing medical insights into the organization as inputs to medical strategy. Responsabilidades
- Construir relaciones con profesionales de la salud (HCPs) académicos y de la comunidad.
- Comunicar los atributos de los tratamientos (eficacia, seguridad, etc.) para obtener su respaldo.
- Dar forma a la práctica médica cambiando comportamientos en la comunidad de HCPs durante las fases previas al lanzamiento de productos.
- Preparar el entorno sanitario y la comunidad médica, acelerar la adopción.
- Seguimiento de la educación y adopción de nuevos conocimientos, identificando barreras para el cambio en la práctica médica para productos innovadores.
- Responder a consultas científicas de HCPs, investigadores, sistemas de salud y responsables de la toma de decisiones en salud poblacional.
- Integrar datos científicos en la práctica real para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente/audiencia.
- Identificar sitios potenciales y apoyar el reclutamiento de sitios cuando sea necesario.
- Ejecutar eventos educativos médicos de campo centrados en productos pipeline cercanos al lanzamiento y productos clave en línea.
- Recopilar información de las interacciones de campo sobre conocimiento científico, paradigmas de tratamiento, competidores, necesidades médicas y oportunidades.
- Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de compromiso territorial y de KOL (Key Opinion Leader) según la estrategia y validado por otros stakeholders de Medical Affairs.
