What the work looks like Our clients are typically US-based startups and SMBs who need talented developers who can own projects end to end. Work ranges from web builds and redesigns to custom integrations, automation workflows, and app development. You'll be working directly with founders, marketing leads, and product teams — so clear communication matters as much as clean code. What we look for - 2+ years of professional development experience - Experience doing freelance, self managed work - Strong portfolio showing real client work - Comfortable working independently and managing client relationships - Detail-oriented with a reliable approach to delivery and deadlines - Available for remote contract engagements Nice to have: - Experience with no-code or low-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Bubble, etc.) - Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) - Experience working with US time zones How it works We're actively building our bench of developers for ongoing US client placements.
