About the Role
The Amazon Specialist is the front line of how BSG keeps client accounts running. You'll work tickets the moment they come in, drive them to resolution, and keep clients and internal teams in the loop along the way. The work is concrete, repeatable, and high-impact — every ticket you close is a small Amazon business that gets to keep selling.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Compensation: 600 to 675 USD per month + 200 USD bonus per completed quarterly goal delivered on time.
Location: Remote (Global)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Resolution: Work through inbound tickets from clients and Amazon — listing issues, account health alerts, case follow-ups, suppressions, and operational fires. Diagnose the root cause, resolve what you can, and escalate cleanly when you can't.
- Communication Loop: Keep clients and internal teammates informed on every open ticket. No client should ever wonder where their issue stands. Send status updates proactively, confirm resolutions, and close the loop in writing.
- SOP and Policy Adherence: Follow BSG's SOPs and Amazon's seller policies exactly as written. When an SOP is unclear or outdated, flag it so it can be fixed — don't improvise silently.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping under volume.
- Able to work independently during full EST hours and stay on top of multiple open tickets at once.
- Ownership mindset — surfaces problems early, doesn't hide behind excuses.
- English level B2 to C2 (CEFR).

Technical Requirements:
- Display setup (required): dual monitors, each 24 inches or larger, OR a single 42 inch or larger display.
- Minimum 8GB RAM
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed
