We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up discovery meetings with potential clients. You will spend approximately 60% of your time qualifying outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups, and 40% analyzing the market and executing outbound campaigns to identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting - Build and execute email and phone outreach campaigns - Establish initial contact with key decision-makers and schedule meetings for sales agents - Qualify, nurture, and develop leads into sales opportunities - Identify alignment between prospect needs and company solutions - Maintain ongoing engagement with leads through follow-ups - Segment prospects based on market and opportunity size - Convert suspects into qualified prospects through structured outreach - Collaborate with sales agents to build and maintain a strong pipeline - Meet daily and weekly activity metrics (calls, conversations, qualified leads) - Track and manage all prospecting activity in CRM systems - Support forecasting and pipeline visibility Requirements & Skills *Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone *Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives *Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills *Strong business acumen and professional communication style *Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities *Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet activity-based targets *High level of professionalism and ethical standards *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *Experience with CRM tools is a plus

- Cumplir con métricas diarias y semanales de actividad
- Rastrear y gestionar toda la actividad de prospección en sistemas CRM
- Apoyar la previsión y la visibilidad del pipeline
