Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (Cloud Training) to deliver high-quality technical enablement programs and support customer cloud adoption. This role combines strong cloud expertise with training and customer engagement skills, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize their use of cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  1. Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and cloud offerings to ensure training and enablement content remains relevant and technically accurate.
  2. Design and deliver technical enablement programs focused on cloud products, solutions, operations, architecture, and configuration best practices.
  3. Develop and continuously improve technical training materials, labs, presentations, and certification-related course content.
  4. Collaborate with account managers and customer teams to understand business and technical requirements, tailoring enablement sessions and workshops to customer scenarios.
  5. Deliver customer-facing technical sessions both online and on-site, including hands-on workshops, bootcamps, certification preparation programs, and technical knowledge transfer activities.
  6. Support customer onboarding and cloud adoption initiatives through technical guidance, demonstrations, and enablement activities.
  7. Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements by helping customers strengthen their understanding and operational capabilities on Huawei Cloud.
  8. Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to improve training quality, learning experience, and technical content effectiveness.

Requirements

  1. Possesses training experience in cloud service technologies from mainstream cloud providers such as AWS, AZURE, OCI, and HWC, with training skills, technical understanding, and hands-on capabilities.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, and/or relevant tech experience.
  3. 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. Cloud Architecture, Software Development, Big Data, Database, AI, Cloud Computing, Cloud Foundation, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering or DevOps).
  4. 2+ years of technology experience in Enterprise Application Migration Modernization, and deployment projects.
  5. 2+ years of experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments and Migrations in enterprise-wide environments required.
  6. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. At least one Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, ..).
  8. A passion for technology and for learning.
