We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to drive business growth across Central America and the Caribbean. This role is responsible for developing the Air Conditioning sales channel, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding market presence across key regional markets. The ideal candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and support sustainable revenue growth throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional AC sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth across Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Manage, support, and expand relationships with AC distributors, dealers, and key commercial partners to strengthen market presence and channel performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AC sector across targeted regional markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, support pricing and business planning initiatives, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective execution, product availability, and customer satisfaction.


Requisitos:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales, category management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the AC market, including key partners, distributors, and clients.
  • Proven experience in AC channel sales and regional market management.
  • Strong understanding of Central America and Caribbean markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
