Purchasing & COMEX Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Purchasing and COMEX Analyst to join our team in Rosario and support local and international procurement operations, with a strong focus on Foreign Trade (COMEX) and import processes for our offices located in Rosario. The position requires close coordination with suppliers, customs brokers, logistics providers, Finance, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders through internal systems for local and international procurement.
• Coordinate and control import documentation required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Track international shipments, monitor ETAs, and ensure visibility of product flow and delivery status.
• Coordinate import-related payments with Finance and follow up on logistics and port expenses.
• Review supplier documentation and support supplier follow-up processes.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure proper import procedures and compliance.
• Maintain accurate product registration and master data in SAP and internal systems.
• Support communication between suppliers, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal departments.
