Software Developer We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support AI model training and evaluation initiatives through scalable software engineering, collaborative development, and high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize software components for AI workflows
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on scalable systems
• Translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
• Document codebases, workflows, and development processes
• Recommend tools, frameworks, and process improvements

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with Python, Java, C++, or similar languages
• Experience building AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience working in remote distributed teams
• High attention to detail and code quality

Nice to have

• Experience with AI model training or evaluation projects
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or data processing tools
• Background contributing to open-source or distributed systems projects
