Job Description

1. According to product technical requirements and quality standards, design the whole manufacture process such as tally, packaging, shipping, etc. Prepare process documents, maintain process data such as order review, carton configuration, process rules, ensure the data is maintained on time to support operations, provide weekly reports..
2. Responsible for the production consumables management, evaluate the consumption, output the water levels, and make sure the consumables qty. matches the production demand, output weekly reports.
3. Design, verify, implement engineering solutions based on product characteristics, industry standards, and customer special requirements, output SOP based on the trial run.
4. Handle on-site issues exceptions related to the product process and equipment exceptions on-time, improve the technical level and ensure stable production, output the regular troubleshooting guide and improve the independent problem-solving capabilities.
5. According to the business process/quality requirements, design, develop, selection, specifications output, test, maintenance, calibration, commissioning, repairing, and scrap for process equipment.
6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency, use lean principles such as 6sigma, lean manufacturing to output the process VSM, design and build Karakuri tools to optimize the process.
7. Manage and control the process and equipment related to the order fulfillment process, import, verify, configuration of the IT system solutions and equipment (network, server, hardware and software), ensure stable product process control.
8. Performing process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
9. Responsible for the smart automation equipment design, implementation and management of smart equipment such as AGV, strapping machine, automatic weight scales, digital rulers, printers. Introduce advanced intelligent device or equipment to improve the manufacture automation level such as digital camera and AI implementation.

Requirements

1. Have at least 3 years’ experience covering the responsibilities in this job description.
2. Excellent written and verbal communications in English (Professional Certification Results for Engineer:C1/C2
3. Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Industrial engineering, Electronical Engineering, Programming, Mechanical and Automation, control systems, maintenance engineering, Industrial Production Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering, or similar.
