AI Engineer We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge AI and large language model solutions. This role focuses on scalable machine learning systems, model evaluation, and collaboration within distributed remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize LLM-based AI solutions using Python
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines for training and inference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven products
• Evaluate AI model performance and improve system quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve ML and deployment issues
• Document technical processes and communicate findings clearly
• Research and suggest new AI tools and methodologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on AI Engineering experience
• Strong Python and machine learning expertise
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience collaborating with remote distributed teams
• High attention to detail and proactive mindset

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
• Research or publication background in AI/ML
