We are currently looking for Customer Support Agents in Argentina with BPO experience to join our growing remote team. About the Role Were seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Support Agent who can deliver clear, structured, and solution-focused support to customers. In this role, youll act as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate complex topics, resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. What Youll Do Handle high-volume customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat. Meet performance metrics (Call Handling, CSAT, QA, etc.). Simplify complex information into clear, easy-to-understand responses. Investigate issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with relevant teams for problem-solving. Accurately document interactions in ticketing systems. Work independently while maintaining quality and responsiveness. What Were Looking For Must be based in Argentina. B2 English level or higher (written & spoken). Previous BPO/customer support experience in similar roles and/or scope of work. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written communication Solution-oriented and self-driven. Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce is a plus. Comfortable working remotely. Available to start soon.
