UI/UX Designer We are seeking UI/UX Designers to support AI training initiatives through design, evaluation, and improvement of user interfaces and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate user interfaces and user experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Analyze usability and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document design decisions clearly
- Iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards
Requirements
- Experience as UI/UX Designer with strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
- Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to adapt and iterate quickly
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Remote collaboration experience
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or data-driven products
- Background in UX evaluation or product design
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
