Cross-Platform Game Programmer We are seeking Cross-Platform Game Programmers to support AI training initiatives through game development expertise and simulation design.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed AI training prompts simulating game development scenarios (physics, UI, animations, scene transitions, sprite systems, core logic)
- Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated solutions and enforce technical quality standards
- Execute and validate game development tasks within a controlled virtual Cocos2d-x environment
- Utilize scene graph, action system, and asset management pipelines to build high-fidelity simulations
- Collaborate with remote domain experts to refine benchmarks, task design, and evaluation criteria
- Document technical workflows, methodologies, and best practices for AI training and team knowledge base
- Review peer and AI-generated outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in C++ and strong hands-on experience with Cocos2d-x
- Solid understanding of cross-platform game development and engine architecture
- Experience with physics, UI systems, animations, and asset pipelines
- Ability to design evaluation rubrics or structured assessment frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams
- High level of autonomy and accountability in execution
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d-x
- Experience with AI/ML training data creation or evaluation systems
- Background in simulation environments or procedural content systems
