The Conference coordinator assistant will manage all corporate events related tasks for the Live and Invest Overseas publishing house and Conferences, ensuring the availability and proper function of all sales, customer service correspondence, recordings, travel arrangements and customer attendance reports and other reports and to meet compliance objectives.

Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in event coordination or administration is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or event management software preferred
