General Counsel We are seeking experienced General Counsel professionals to participate in a 1-month AI Fellowship focused on SaaS contract review, negotiation, and legal risk analysis. This role involves evaluating AI-generated legal outputs and contributing to next-generation legal AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
- Review AI-generated contract suggestions and provide feedback
- Evaluate legal risk and contract language accuracy
- Analyze SaaS agreements and technology contracts
- Collaborate with product and research teams
- Contribute to AI training data and guidelines
- Provide expert legal insights for model improvement
Requirements
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
- In-house legal experience with SaaS contracts
- Contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Strong legal risk assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with legal tech or AI tools
- SaaS risk mitigation expertise
- Data annotation or AI training experience
- Publications in legal technology
Responsabilidades
