Office and Administrative Domains Specialist We are seeking Business Domain Specialists to support AI training initiatives through workflow analysis, operational documentation, and structured business insights.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze business documents, SOPs, reports, and operational workflows
- Extract relevant information and create structured questions or insights
- Perform analytical and reasoning tasks related to business operations
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or inefficiencies in operational content
- Deliver high-quality written work in English
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Use spreadsheets, document tools, and digital office platforms effectively
Requirements
- Professional experience in administration, operations, finance, customer support, or related business domains
- Strong analytical thinking and reading comprehension skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using spreadsheets, office tools, and documentation systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workflows efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with remote collaboration environments
Nice to have
- Experience with executive assistance or workflow management
- Knowledge of project management or process improvement tools
